Shinhan Bank said on Wednesday it has worked with Douzone Bizon to apply its Bank-in Platform service to the WEHAGO ERP platform and newly launched an instant payroll transfer function.
The Bank-in Platform is a service that allows corporate customers to process key financial tasks, such as account inquiries, payroll transfers and cash collection, within an ERP system used for accounting, logistics and inventory management, without accessing separate corporate online banking.
The two companies have continued cooperation since signing a business agreement last year to enable Shinhan Bank’s corporate banking services within Douzone Bizon’s ERP, and the latest rollout is its first result. Shinhan Bank and Douzone Bizon first applied the instant payroll transfer function by linking WEHAGO with the API-based Bank-in Platform. They plan to sequentially expand functions that can improve convenience for corporate customers.
The companies will also provide benefits to reduce burdens on corporate customers. WEHAGO and Bank-in Platform users will receive ONE AI services free for 3 months and fee waivers on Shinhan Bank account transfer fees. ONE AI is a customised AI service that provides information optimised for each company based on company-specific data and strengthens internal data security.
A Shinhan Bank official said cooperation with Douzone Bizon has laid the foundation for corporate customers to use financial services more conveniently within an ERP environment. The official said the bank will continue to expand financial services tailored to corporate customers’ actual workflows.
