Uracle wins Korean Medical Association intelligent AI services and common platform contract

Uracle said on Tuesday it has won a Korean Medical Association project to establish an AI-based system for more efficient delivery of internal knowledge and information. The initiative aims to build a user-centred service environment that can respond to members\' requirements while complying with public administrative writing standards. Uracle will use its generative AI platform Athena to build a customised AI system integrating data pipelines, RAG and large language models.

SKT publishes \'ATHENA\' 6G white paper, outlines direction for AI communications infrastructure

SK Telecom on Feb. 23 published its third 6G white paper, \'ATHENA\', detailing a mid- to long-term network evolution strategy ahead of 6G commercialization after 2030. The paper highlights changes in the communications environment such as increasingly sophisticated security threats and a shift in network operations. It sets out six pillars including AI-native networking, zero-trust security, converged 5G-6G-satellite infrastructure, an open ecosystem, cloud-native flexibility and enhanced customer experience.
