LGU+ wins Asian customer experience innovation award for Phone Replacement Pass
LGU+ said on Thursday its device care product Phone Replacement Pass won the customer experience innovation award in the telecommunications category at the Asian Innovation Excellence Awards 2026. The program aims to reduce repair costs and procedures when smartphones are damaged or break down and offers device replacement benefits to eligible customers. It expands the company’s My Way Phone Replacement service and can be used with manufacturer support programs such as AppleCare and Samsung Care.
