Evernode completes Cayman trademark registration, steps up XRP treasury business
Ripple-backed treasury firm Evernode has completed trademark registration in the Cayman Islands, a move seen as progress in its XRP digital asset treasury business. The mark, filed by HSM IP, is registered under classes 36 and 42 covering financial and technology services. The trademark is valid until April 1, 2036. Evernode is pursuing a business combination with Cayman-incorporated SPAC Armada Acquisition Corp II and holds about 473 million XRP.
