Jiransoft launches enterprise AI OfficeAgent

Jiransoft said on April 15 it will launch OfficeAgent, an enterprise AI solution that performs tasks using internal company data without security concerns. The company said the product uses role-based access control so only authorised users can access data and follows a principle of excluding user inputs from AI model training. It will detect and automatically mask sensitive information such as resident registration and mobile phone numbers.

Miso Information Technology launches ACTIC platform to automate generative AI development and operations

Miso Information Technology on Feb. 9 launched ACTIC, an AI orchestration platform that it said can implement the entire process from agentic AI service development to operations. The company said the LLMOps platform lets users build chatbots, chat agents, workflows and multi-agent collaboration flows with no code and connect to existing systems via web APIs. It also supports on-premises operation and agentic RAG-based knowledge bases.
