Jiransoft said on April 15 it will launch OfficeAgent, an enterprise AI solution that performs tasks using internal company data without security concerns.
OfficeAgent is designed so that only authorised users can access data through role-based access control, or RBAC. It adheres to a principle of excluding user-entered data from AI model training. The system is expected to detect sensitive inputs such as resident registration numbers or mobile phone numbers and automatically mask them.
The company also highlighted that it applied agentic retrieval-augmented generation, or Agentic RAG, technology that analyses the intent of questions beyond simple search. It said the system finds sources in internal documents and answers accordingly, minimising hallucinations, one of the problems of generative AI.
It also provides a feature to create customised agents optimised for the workflow of each business department. It supports no-code tools that allow users to build department-specific expert agents without being IT specialists. Customisation is available for functions such as marketing, finance and legal affairs, and it supports deeper integration with existing systems including the web, email, messenger services such as OfficeChat, and document management tools such as OfficeNote, the company said.
Park Seung-ae (박승애), chief executive of Jiransoft, said OfficeAgent was developed to resolve the conflict companies face between security and productivity. Park said the company will continue technological innovation that can deliver practical task automation while protecting corporate data sovereignty.
