Miso Information Technology, a multimodal data platform company, said on Feb. 9 it launched ACTIC, an AI orchestration platform that can implement the full process from agentic AI service development to operations.

ACTIC is a next-generation AI platform, or LLMOps, with a vision of "work automation". It supports integrating decision-making and execution by enabling AI to understand the work environment and carry out planning, reasoning and execution on its own.

Users can build chatbots, chat agents, workflows and multi-agent collaboration flows in a fully no-code 방식, without AI development knowledge. With web APIs 공개, it supports easy integration with existing systems and provides integrated natural language understanding, reasoning, 행동 and execution functions.

ACTIC can manage and update an agentic RAG-based knowledge base in API form by combining RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), CAG (cache-augmented generation), TAG (table-augmented generation) and agentic decision-making capabilities.
