Webcash to build AI agent-based inquiry service for NH Nonghyup Bank corporate banking
Webcash will build an AI agent-based inquiry service for NH Nonghyup Bank\'s corporate banking, it said. Webcash said it signed a contract with the bank on June 16 and is pushing ahead with the project with the aim of opening the service in October. The service will let corporate customers use a conversational interface to check deposit and loan information and compare and analyse financial data. It will also support multi-turn conversations and loan repayment simulations.

Agent banking is coming; Webcash says bank competition to intensify next year
B2B fintech firm Webcash is moving to secure solutions for the emerging era of AI agent banking, which it sees as a core axis of next-generation financial competition. At a conference in Seoul, it unveiled the architecture and use cases of OPERIA, an engine that connects general-purpose AI with banks’ relational databases. Webcash said internal tests showed 99 percent accuracy in its cash management solution and introduced a V2 cash management agent expanding coverage to about 800 customers.
