Cribl acquires Radiant Security technology assets to strengthen AI SOC platform

Cribl has acquired Radiant Security’s AI-based security operations technology assets, including software intellectual property that automatically classifies security alerts and investigates and resolves them. Terms were not disclosed. Cribl will convert the technology into an application running on its telemetry platform. It said the software builds classification logic in real time and uses telemetry data directly to cut false positives and speed threat detection.

East Security is launching an endpoint detection and response product linked to LG AI Research’s K-EXAONE model and signed an MOU with FuriosaAI. Microsoft rolled out its biggest-ever security patch after using AI to detect code vulnerabilities. The United States introduced a new coordination framework called Gold Eagle to speed detection, prioritisation and patching for critical infrastructure. Companies also launched AI-native security platforms, initiatives and services across cloud, operations and vulnerability testing.
