Toruq acquires Jit to expand organization-context-driven security operations platform
Autonomous security operations company Toruq has acquired cybersecurity startup Jit.io, SiliconANGLE reported on May 19 local time. The deal size was not disclosed. Founded in 2021, Jit builds AI-based context graphs used for security investigations. The graphs map relationships among code, identities, roles, permissions, data sensitivity and runtime behavior to help AI agents judge risk in business context. Toruq plans to integrate the technology into its AI SOC platform.

Logpresso launches Logpresso Sonar 5.0 XDR platform, partners with StealthMole
Integrated security company Logpresso said on May 19 it has officially launched its AI-based XDR platform, Logpresso Sonar 5.0. The company said it is expanding AI from an auxiliary tool into a core technology across threat detection, analysis and automated response, stepping up efforts to target the autonomous integrated security operations platform market. Logpresso also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Singapore-based dark web intelligence specialist StealthMole.

MegazoneCloud partners with Check Point to push into AI and cloud security
MegazoneCloud said on March 26 it signed an official strategic partnership with global cybersecurity firm Check Point Software to target AI-native and cloud security markets. The companies plan to provide Lakera platform-based AI LLM model guardrails, AI red team application security consulting and operations services, and build a continuous threat exposure management system across cloud infrastructure. They also plan to offer tailored security architecture design and 24/7 monitoring and intelligent threat response services.
