K Bank builds AI assistant dedicated to customer service center
K Bank said on Tuesday it has built an AI assistant system dedicated to its customer service center. The system applies an AI contact center concept and integrates AI across the full consultation process. The assistant analyses 상담 content in real time, automatically identifies question intent and searches and summarises internal knowledge stored in a knowledge management system to generate recommended responses. K Bank said the system uses a finance-focused private LLM introduced internally last February.
