Dinotisia, a long-term memory AI and semiconductor integrated solutions company, said on Wednesday it signed a strategic business agreement with AI specialist Inticube to cooperate on AI contact center and AI agent platform businesses.

The companies will combine Dinotisia's AI data infrastructure solution Seahorse, its AI agent platform, its Korean-language large language model (LLM) DNA, and its natural language-based data query technology with Inticube's capabilities to build and operate AI contact centers (AICC). They will jointly pursue development and commercialisation of AI-native contact center services that use corporate customers' internal data for actual work.

Dinotisia will supply core technologies including Seahorse and will be responsible for performance optimisation and technical support. Inticube will handle field-focused engineering that directly applies Dinotisia's AI engine to customers' work environments, based on its solutions and implementation experience across contact centers such as contact center as a service (CCaaS), knowledge management systems (KMS) and workforce management (WFM).

Seahorse is an AI data infrastructure solution that vectorises unstructured data such as text, images and documents and stores and searches it based on meaning. It also supports the process of AI agents using internal corporate data, and is provided in cloud and on-premise environments. The companies said they aim to build a contact center that goes beyond simple Q&A or consultation automation, with AI searching knowledge and data in context and supporting agents' decision-making and follow-up work.

The companies plan to form a joint working-level consultative body to specify priority application targets and scope and performance evaluation metrics. Based on verification results, they plan to pursue commercialisation of an integrated solution and joint business development. Dinotisia plans to apply Seahorse and its AI agent platform to customer environments that Inticube has secured in finance, the public sector, telecommunications and distribution, to expand commercial references for enterprise AI agents.

Inticube CEO Hyung-seok Cho (조형석) said the cooperation would be an important strategic milestone for Inticube to leap from an AI contact center company to an AI communications company. He said it would build a foundation to lead the next-generation AI services market together with Dinotisia.

Dinotisia CEO Moo-kyung Jung (정무경) said AI contact centers are services where people can feel AI first in daily life, but they are a difficult field that also demands accuracy and expertise in responses. He said the company's data-based AI technology can deliver the greatest impact in this area, and it will continue to advance AI contact centers and lead market expansion through the cooperation.
