SKT steps up AX Innovation 2.0 drive to boost work efficiency with AI
SK Telecom will build an organisational system in which people and AI work together by giving AI agents employee ID numbers as well as affiliations, duties and authority. The company said it will implement AX Innovation 2.0 to create a work environment that lets employees focus on AI transformation. It will define AI as a new working entity, manage agents with procedures similar to employees and set governance for data and security access.

SKT speeds up AX innovation with in-house rollout of A.Dot Biz Cowork
SK Telecom is accelerating AI transformation, or AX, by applying the beta version of its AI agent service A.Dot Biz Cowork internally, it said on May 28. The tool is designed to learn employees’ work methods and automate routines, including planning tasks, writing code and verifying results. SKT also updated its companywide AX management platform AXMS to version 1.5 and plans to make its AX Challenge hackathon a regular event.

SKT pushes one AI agent per employee to speed AX innovation
SK Telecom is accelerating companywide AI transformation under the slogan “Change we make together, AX,” aiming for every employee to develop an AI agent tailored to their work. It unveiled an internal roadmap including a support system, training and platforms such as A.Dot Biz, Polaris and Playground. The company also launched AXMS to share ideas, progress and feedback and provide real-time dashboards. About 180 ideas have been submitted since February.
