Majang Livestock Market joins Baemin grocery and shopping service
Woowa Brothers-operated Baedal Minjok said on Tuesday that vendors at Seoul's Majang Livestock Market have begun selling through its Grocery & Shopping service from Dec. 17. Seven sellers joined and orders are available across most of Seoul, excluding some districts. Items are delivered via quick service with delivery fees capped by distance. Baemin is also running promotions through Jan. 31, including fixed delivery-fee caps and discount coupons.

Dinotesia listed in AIIA Top 100 for AI semiconductors
Dinotesia said on Jan. 13 it was selected for the AI semiconductor category in the Korea AI Industry Association’s 2026 Emerging AI+X Top 100. The program picks 100 domestic companies expected to shape the future through AI-driven convergence across industries. Dinotesia is developing a data system designed to quickly retrieve and use information and context for AI, using a combined semiconductor-and-software structure including its VDPU chip, Seahorse vector database and Mnemos on-device AI solution.

Woori Bank extends main partnership with LCK
Woori Bank said it has extended its main partnership contract with Riot Games for League of Legends Champions Korea, the country’s professional League of Legends league. Executives from both sides attended a signing ceremony in Seoul and agreed to continue the partnership that has run since 2019. The bank cited past initiatives including running a high school League of Legends league and sponsoring South Korea’s national esports team at the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games. It plans further fan events this year.
