Liner to supply 'Liner Pro' to Gyeongsang National University members
AI agent startup Liner will supply AI services to Gyeongsang National University. Liner said on July 20 it signed a contract to provide its 'Liner Pro' and will build AI infrastructure for learning and research on campus. Under the deal, about 25,000 members including undergraduate and graduate students and staff can use the Liner Pro plan for 1 year by activating licenses through university email accounts. Services include AI search, Liner Scholar and Liner Write.

Hecto Financial joins global AI payment standard x402 to accelerate AI agent payments
Hecto Financial is stepping up its AI agent payment business by taking part in building a global AI payment standard. The company said on July 20 it joined the x402 Foundation, an open-source project developing standards for AI agent payments. It plans to combine its existing payment and settlement infrastructure with the Circle Payment Network and x402. Hecto Financial also completed a proof of concept based on Google’s AP2 standard and aims to commercialise it in the third quarter.

Three key on-chain metrics on the XRP Ledger are falling at the same time, putting a brake on XRP's attempts to rebound. XRP is holding around $1.10, but network activity is weakening. Daily account-to-account payments have fallen to the lowest level in months. The amount of XRP used for payments has also softened, and active addresses are down from peaks seen in February and March. Technically, XRP trades in a narrowing triangle below key moving averages.
