Line Games said on Wednesday it will take part in the game event "Core Blazer Game Fest 2026" in China on July 25-26 with its in-house developed new title "Ember and Blade."
Through the event, Line Games plans to imprint the game's quality and awareness among local users in China, one of the world's major game markets, ahead of a PC early access release scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.
Core Blazer Game Fest 2026 is an offline event hosted by "Core Blazer," a global game support brand founded by Chinese game developer Hypergryph. It will be held in Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
"Ember and Blade" is a "premium survivorlike" title that combines the survivor and soulslike genres. The company said it features survivor-style action that uses skills to sweep away waves of enemies in a dark fantasy world, combined with a boss battle system that requires precise controls and strategic judgment. It was previously selected by the Epic Games Store as one of this year's anticipated titles.
Line Games plans to release the PC version in early access in the fourth quarter on the Epic Games Store and Steam. In the full release version to be introduced later, it also plans to provide the game on the console platform PlayStation 5 (PS5).
