Workspere said on April 15 that its foreign job search service KLiK has released key results, including surpassing 250,000 cumulative postings, as the app marked its first anniversary.

KLiK provides AI-based personalised job posting recommendations and multilingual support, aiming to connect global talent with South Korean companies. It recently strengthened accessibility by linking job postings with its sister service Albamon, making it easier to access domestic recruitment information.

Usage indicators among job seekers also grew. Workspere said cumulative views of KLiK postings rose more than 170 percent year-on-year as of the first quarter this year, and monthly applicants increased more than 110 percent.

Workspere cited the introduction of its AI recommendation function and a simplified application process as drivers of growth. It revamped the service so users can receive personalised postings on the main screen and apply immediately by registering a simple profile, lowering entry barriers for foreign job seekers unfamiliar with the domestic hiring environment and leading to more job applications.

Workspere said the posting view rate and application conversion rate in the first quarter rose more than 10 percent from the previous period.

Hye-ryeong Jeong (정혜령), business lead for Workspere's KLiK, said nationalities and preferred job types among foreign job seekers hoping to work in South Korea are diversifying, and corporate demand to secure global talent pre-emptively is also expanding rapidly. She said KLiK will systematically support foreign job seekers' stable settlement and career growth in South Korea as a leading platform encompassing AI-based matching and international student communities.
