Cafe24 said on March 30 it will hold the 'Cafe24 Creator Meet Up 2026' seminar on April 9 under the theme, "Creator commerce strategy starting with my channel."

According to Cafe24, the seminar focuses on presenting a concrete execution roadmap so creators can go beyond simple content production, make their own products, build brands and become self-reliant through independent creator commerce. The company expects participants to be able to grasp the entire commerce business process at a glance, including product manufacturing, building a direct-to-consumer (D2C) shopping mall, linking to YouTube Shopping, and managing orders and delivery. It also expects them to secure business execution strategies suited to the nature of their own channels.

Speakers will include commerce experts from Google Korea, manufacturers by category, and creators who started businesses through Cafe24. They plan to share practical strategies and insights across the entire commerce process, from product planning and brand building to content-based sales strategies.

The seminar starts with a keynote by Jongseon Song (송종선), head of Cafe24's Marketing Innovation (MI) division. Under the theme "From channel to business, Cafe24 creator commerce," he will present the process by which creators build revenue structures based on their content channels and expand into brands, along with key strategies and execution directions for doing so.

Global partner Google Korea plans to deliver the latest trends in content expanding into commerce, changes in the creator commerce market centered on YouTube Shopping, and future growth directions.

The seminar will also introduce Cafe24's creator commerce-focused service, the Smart Broker Project. The Smart Broker Project is an integrated program covering the full business process for creators, such as product planning and sales. It includes producing private brand (PB) products by matching with about 100 manufacturers by category, such as fashion, food, beauty and lifestyle goods; supporting brand collaborations and product sourcing; building branded stores and outsourcing operations for orders, delivery and customer support (CS); and boosting sales through YouTube Shopping integration.

Five creators who started commerce businesses through the Smart Broker Project will also take the stage. Susanghan Saengseon, Movingwater, JoonTV, Sogaetip and Hyein will share practical cases from product production to brand expansion, as well as know-how that can be used immediately on site. Manufacturers will also introduce, step by step, the process of producing PB products by category such as food, apparel, beauty and goods.

After the event, one-on-one consultations on product manufacturing and shopping mall setup will also be provided to applicants.

Cafe24 CEO Jaeseok Lee (이재석) said creators are now players who go beyond simple influence to create a new brand ecosystem combining manufacturing and commerce. He said the company will be a partner that works together on processes such as manufacturing, operating branded stores and linking to YouTube Shopping so creators can build a practical commerce business based on content intellectual property (IP).
