Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg (마크 저커버그) said on a conference call after the company’s latest quarterly earnings that it rebuilt the Meta AI programme in 2025 and will launch new AI models and products in the coming months, TechCrunch reported on Jan. 28.
He highlighted AI-powered commerce and stressed that new AI shopping tools will enable personalised product recommendations.
The AI shopping strategy is similar to AI-based shopping assistants being pursued by major companies such as Google and OpenAI. Meta, however, presented its ability to provide a more personalised AI experience using vast amounts of user data as a differentiator.
Zuckerberg said AI delivers real value when it understands personal history, interests and relationships, and voiced confidence that Meta will provide the most personalised AI experience.
