SOOP is taking part for the first time in the domestic subculture event AGF 2026.
SOOP said on Thursday it will join AGF 2026, which will be held from Dec. 4 to 6 at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, as an official sponsor.
It plans to set up a separate booth at the venue to introduce virtual streamers and related content focused on games and animation. It will also run programs for visitors to experience the content directly and communicate with streamers.
Virtual streamers are streamers who conduct live broadcasts using virtual characters. They are active in various fields including games, music and talk shows.
SOOP plans to use the event to expand offline the content of virtual streamers who have been active online.
It plans to gradually unveil the participating streamer lineup, detailed programs and on-site events later through SOOP's official AGF broadcast channel and official social media.
