[DigitalToday reporter Yoonseo Lee] Crypto trader Crypto Michael raised the possibility of further gains in XRP.
On Sept. 29 (local time), blockchain outlet The Crypto Basic reported that he told XRP holders, "prepare in advance for a huge surge," and argued that recent charts point to another bullish phase.
Crypto Michael said he wanted to share the latest XRP chart but had promised members of his trading group he would keep it private, and did not present the chart. As a result, based on what is publicly available, it is only possible to confirm his view on the direction of a move, and it is difficult to know what price level he is targeting.
XRP's price action has already entered a breather after a short-term surge. XRP is trading around $1.50. It pulled back after rising above $1.65 intraday on Sept. 23, but it is still holding above the $1.25 to $1.30 lows recorded in mid-September.
The remarks extend Crypto Michael's bullish view on XRP that he has maintained for years. On Sept. 25, he confirmed that he holds XRP in his portfolio.
His long-term outlook dates back to 2024. At the time, when XRP was trading below $1, he argued that a seven-year bullish pennant had formed and mentioned the possibility of a major breakout. After the long-term structure broke higher in the November 2024 rally, he revived that forecast and linked it to XRP's move to $3 after it rose above $1. In July 2024, he said a long period of sideways trading and broad capitulation created the buying environment he wanted, and disclosed that he bought XRP.
His stance did not change even during the subsequent correction. He said in May 2026 that an XRP low had already formed, and in August he again pointed to the area around $1 as the bottom of this cycle. He also said on Sept. 23 that over the next few weeks bitcoin and XRP would be stronger than ethereum, and two days later said that if momentum returns, XRP resistance could be broken quickly.
Still, his latest remarks are limited by the lack of a public price target. Crypto Michael has repeatedly referred to his "yellow line," which he has claimed helped identify XRP lows, but again did not release a chart to back it up. For now, it only confirms that his long-term bullish view remains intact, while price levels needed for actual trading decisions have not been provided.
In the end, the core of this signal can be summed up in three points. Crypto Michael believes a key low in XRP has already formed, interprets recent short-term volatility as part of a process ahead of a rise, and sees the potential for a bigger move afterward. But with charts and figures missing, the market is likely to focus less on the remarks themselves and more on whether XRP actually breaks through resistance.
I wish I could give you this XRP chart set-up but I promised my group members I wouldn’t share it to the masses. Let’s just say… get ready for green. A lot of green.
