[Digital Today reporter Dae-geon Seok] Hecto Healthcare said on Sept. 9 it took part in Vitafoods Asia 2026, held from Sept. 2 to 4 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand.
The event, seen as Asia’s largest healthcare and nutrition trade show, drew more than 650 companies. Organiser Informa Markets said officials from 83 countries attended and business exchanges were active.
Hecto Healthcare highlighted its premium probiotics brand De Simone and baby and kids brand Kim Seok-jin LAB. The booth featured De Simone 4500 and De Simone Baby & Kids Step, along with new pet product De Simone Pet and Kim Seok-jin LAB Our Child DHA Smart Drops, among others.
Hecto Healthcare said it discussed product supply and distribution possibilities with buyers from various countries. It said it is now specifically reviewing partnership plans, including local distribution, with 20 companies. Hecto Healthcare plans to analyse market demand and distribution conditions by country based on the buyer network it secured at the event. It said it will review market fit and business terms by product and push to expand overseas distribution networks and find new partnerships.
Kim Seok-jin (김석진), CEO of Hecto Healthcare, said, “Vitafoods Asia 2026 was an opportunity to introduce the product competitiveness of De Simone and Kim Seok-jin LAB to the global healthcare industry and to directly confirm interest and demand in each country’s market.” He added, “We will develop the buyer contacts secured on site into practical cooperative relationships and expand the foundation for entering global markets.”
