Hyundai Motor Securities agrees 2.5 percent pay rise and 500 treasury shares
Hyundai Motor Securities has finalised a 2026 wage agreement with its labour union. Under the deal, employees’ annual pay will rise by an average 2.5 percent based on the total wage bill, and staff will receive 500 shares of the company’s stock. The company will also raise the total payout rate under its pay-peak system and cut monthly fixed overtime hours. Labour and management also agreed to launch a joint social contribution programme this year.
