Toss Bank expands digital braille service across loans, deposits and cards

Toss Bank has expanded the scope of its digital braille service for visually impaired customers to cover lending, deposit and card services. The bank said the service, first applied to passbook copies in April, now extends to major certificates issued across those areas. It said it is the first internet-only bank to introduce a digital braille service. The bank developed its own conversion logic and solution after customer requests.
