Samsung Securities, Samsung SDS and Samsung Card to buy 4% stake in Dunamu
Samsung Securities, Samsung SDS and Samsung Card will expand cooperation in digital asset businesses through an equity investment in Dunamu. The three companies said on May 28 they decided to acquire 1.39 million shares, equal to a 4.0 percent stake in Dunamu, for 612.8 billion won from shares held by a Kakao affiliate. Samsung Securities will take 2.0 percent, Samsung SDS 1.0 percent and Samsung Card 1.0 percent.

KB Kookmin Bank said on Wednesday it will hold a first-come-first-served account-opening event to mark the first anniversary of its \"monimo KB daily interest account\".
