Lionheart Studio trains managers as interviewers to boost hiring expertise
Lionheart Studio held internal interviewer training for managers to improve the selection of talent and strengthen hiring expertise. The company ran the programme from June 30 to July 2 for directors, department heads, unit leaders, team leaders and part leaders. The training focused on interview techniques to identify applicants’ capabilities and potential and to improve judgment in identifying talent aligned with the company’s vision.

Lionheart Studio provides leadership training for managers
Lionheart Studio said on Wednesday it held leadership training on April 22 for employees holding positions of manager and above. The program focused on the theme of leaders’ roles and mindset, and was designed to help managers understand the company’s direction and reflect it in organisational operations. Vice President Han Soon Lee (이한순) delivered a lecture in the first session. A Q&A followed based on concerns collected through a prior survey. All participants received books on team and organisational training.

ADB officials tour South Korea\'s digital and AI innovation sites
South Korea said on Feb. 9 it is running a digital leadership training programme for Asian Development Bank (ADB) managers in Seoul and the surrounding area through Feb. 11. The programme aims to strengthen ADB officials\' capabilities in digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence. It includes site-based training where participants see and experience examples of Korean digital and AI technologies applied in city operations and industrial settings.
