Lionheart Studio held internal interviewer training for managers to improve the selection of talent and strengthen hiring expertise.
On July 3, Lionheart Studio said it ran the training from June 30 to July 2 as part of a capacity-building programme for directors, department heads, unit leaders, team leaders and part leaders.
The training focused on learning interview techniques to effectively identify applicants’ capabilities and potential, and on sharpening judgment to identify talent that can help realise the company’s vision.
Participants attended practice-oriented lectures that can be used in the field. They also strengthened their ability to select candidates aligned with the company’s talent profile by sharing interview experiences and practising writing questions.
In particular, Vice President Han-soon Lee (이한순) served as an on-site lecturer and shared his experience and know-how, emphasising the importance of securing talented people. The company also runs various talent development programmes, including leadership training and practical artificial intelligence courses by job function, to support employee growth.
Lee said: "Interviews are an important point of contact where applicants and the company meet for the first time." He added: "We will continue to create an environment where talented people can grow together with Lionheart Studio."
