Lionheart Studio said on Wednesday it held leadership training on April 22 for employees holding positions of manager and above.
The training was held under the theme, "The leader's role and mindset." It was designed to help managers understand the company's direction and reflect it in organisational operations.
In the first session, Lionheart Studio Vice President Han Soon Lee (이한순) gave a lecture on the role and attitude of leaders. The second session featured a Q&A based on concerns collected through a prior survey.
All participants received training books related to team members and organisations.
A Lionheart Studio official said, "As our number of members has increased, we prepared a session to build a shared understanding." The official added, "We plan to continue providing various training opportunities to support a culture of mutual respect."
