Toss Bank introduces Help Docs, says wait times cut 60 percent
Toss Bank said on Thursday it has introduced Help Docs, an in-house customer service knowledge management system designed to help agents quickly search for information and provide consistent, verified guidance. The system integrates knowledge writing, review, updates and search into the 상담 workflow, beyond simple manual storage. The bank said average handling time for all agents fell 10.5 percent from the previous month, while average customer waiting time dropped 60 percent.

LG Uplus to work with IBK System to develop finance-focused AI
LG Uplus will cooperate with IBK System to develop artificial intelligence services optimized for the financial sector. The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding on April 6 at IBK System\'s headquarters in central Seoul. They plan to combine LG Uplus\' AI technology with IBK System\'s financial domain capabilities to build agent-type AI applicable to loan screening and platforms supporting small business financing. The development will use LG Uplus\' B2B AX platform.

Samsung SDS signs ChatGPT Enterprise supply deals with Korea Zinc and others
Samsung SDS said on March 5 it signed contracts to supply ChatGPT Enterprise to Korea Zinc, Icraft and TmaxSoft. The company said it has secured more than 10 customers across industries including public, finance, manufacturing, distribution and services, including Sectanaine and Hana Tour signed in January. Korea Zinc said it aims to strengthen protection of key internal information and build AI capabilities. Samsung SDS said it provides end-to-end AX support and a bootcamp program.
