Twolinecloud, a cloud-native and AI transformation specialist, said on Oct. 15 it signed a memorandum of understanding with Knowledgecube to pursue a joint business in AX for corporate work portals and knowledge management.
The cooperation centres on combining Knowledgecube’s capabilities and customer base in building work portals, knowledge management systems and information security portals with Twolinecloud’s RAG, AI agents and cloud technology to support AX for corporate clients.
In the near term, the two companies plan to jointly 추진 a proof of concept to apply RAG technology to Knowledgecube’s work portal and knowledge management system.
They will apply Twolinecloud’s RAG technology to Knowledgecube’s work-portal and knowledge-management environment to verify performance and operational requirements needed for actual services. Based on the PoC results, they plan to refine joint proposals and the scope of business deployment for Knowledgecube’s products and existing customers.
In information security, they will seek joint business opportunities by linking Knowledgecube’s information security portal with Twolinecloud’s desktop-as-a-service (DaaS).
They plan to jointly propose, initially to existing financial-sector customers, an environment where information security staff can safely perform their work and use AI. They also plan to discuss additional functions needed for the information security portal and the possibility of developing related services.
Twolinecloud co-CEO Hyun-seok Shin (신현석) said, "This agreement is a starting point for creating AX outcomes that customers can feel by combining Twolinecloud’s cloud and AI technology capabilities with Knowledgecube’s expertise in corporate work portals and knowledge management." He added, "Based on the strengths of both companies, we will identify AX solutions that match customer demand by industry and continue to expand joint business opportunities."
