iM Financial expands support for youth independence, linking transit cards and financial education
iM UPay, an affiliate of iM Financial Group, will support 100 young people participating in self-reliance projects and volunteer work with transit cards preloaded with 100,000 won each. The company held a handover ceremony at the Daegu Metropolitan Self-Reliance Center, it said on Thursday. The One Pass cards can be used on buses and taxis, as well as at convenience stores, fish and produce market parking lots and the Daegu city hall cafeteria.

iM Financial, FSS Daegu-Gyeongbuk office to provide financial education for 100 young people
iM Financial Group will run an eight-week financial education program for 100 young people in the Daegu and North Gyeongsang region with the Financial Supervisory Service\'s Daegu-Gyeongbuk office. iM Financial Group\'s iM Social Contribution Foundation held a launch ceremony on Sept. 7 at iM Bank\'s second headquarters. The curriculum, based on a pre-survey, runs every Friday through November across three levels, with lecturers from iM Financial, the FSS office and the National Pension Service.

iM Financial supports youth mentoring and social contribution programmes
iM Financial Group will support youth mentoring and efforts to expand social contribution activities. Its iM Social Contribution Foundation said it held a sponsorship fund delivery ceremony with the Korea Council on Social Welfare in Seoul on Aug. 19. The fund was raised by employees of group affiliates including iM Bank. The foundation will support youth-designed mentoring programmes and events linking cooperation among organisations.
