JobKorea runs job support programme with Youth Employment Academy
JobKorea, an AI and data-based HR tech platform, said on Tuesday it will operate a job-linkage support programme with the Seoul Business Agency to foster talent with digital convergence skills. The project runs through December and aims to connect about 2,000 people seeking industry roles in software, digital transformation, e-commerce, content and entertainment to training and jobs. It includes on-site job coordinators, an online matching portal and company-linked recruitment programmes.

JobKorea strengthens job matching with AI and shared-growth services
AI- and data-based HR tech platform JobKorea is expanding shared-growth services centred on its in-house AI technology to reduce hiring burdens for small and micro businesses and support more efficient job matching. The company has invested in developing its own AI solutions and focused on commercialising matching services connecting companies and talent. It also links with its applicant tracking system NineHire and said applications rose about 40 percent after an upgrade.

JobKorea UX set to change dramatically, AI agent moves forward
JobKorea is embarking on a sweeping overhaul as it marks its 30th anniversary, aiming to become an AI-native recruitment platform. It will begin with a January revamp of its job-seeker app and website and will roll out an AI agent called Talent Agent. The company is also reshaping products for hiring firms toward performance-based pricing, linking its ATS NineHire with its platform and AI agent, and upgrading JobPlanet after acquiring it late last year.
