Hunter Biden memecoin hits $144 billion then plunges 95 percent in 30 minutes

A memecoin called LAPTOP, which Hunter Biden helped found, surged immediately after trading began and then fell more than 95 percent in about 30 minutes. Cryptopolitan reported the token started trading on Coinbase-built Base and peaked within minutes. Arkham estimated fully diluted value briefly hit $144 billion before dropping to $5 billion. Large token transfers were detected, and one tracked wallet suffered heavy losses. Analysts also warned about concentrated, recently created top holder wallets.

Wintermute says bitcoin bull market still in early stage; watch $82,000 and $72,000

Some investors who think they missed the entry point after bitcoin’s sharp rise may instead miss the early phase of a new bull cycle, U.Today reported. An analysis says real-world assets (RWA) could emerge as a new pillar of liquidity for the next crypto bull market as key funding channels that have supported the market gradually lose strength. Crypto market maker Wintermute said previous bull-market inflow routes are entering an exhaustion phase. It said stablecoin supply has contracted sharply, bitcoin spot ETF flows have turned to net outflows, and many crypto-treasury stocks trade below net asset value.
