Is Bitcoin\'s \'Uptober\' still valid? Three on-chain signals
Bitcoin may have formed a local low in early October, according to an analysis cited by Cointelegraph. On-chain analytics firm CryptoQuant said Bitcoin’s traditional “Uptober rally” could still be valid, pointing to declining exchange balances, steady whale holdings and a recovery in apparent demand. XWIN Research Japan also said conditions were turning more favorable for risk assets, while noting confirmation would require continued ETF inflows and sustained spot-demand recovery.

Bitcoin may break October jinx as hopes grow for bottom despite 3 percent drop
Bitcoin fell 2 percent over 24 hours to around $82,423 and is down 3 percent over the past week, extending weakness in October. October has typically been a strong month for bitcoin, though it entered a bear market after Oct. 10 last year following market fallout from U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariff threats. Japan-based XWIN said signals of a potential bottom are emerging, while others point to bitcoin moving above its 365-day moving average.

October rally fizzles for ETF market as bitcoin, ethereum and solana all in the red
U.S. spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds have recorded net outflows so far in October, showing a weak trend. Ethereum ETFs have seen money leave for nine straight sessions, while Solana ETFs have posted net outflows for five straight sessions, according to Decrypt. Spot bitcoin ETFs saw a small rebound on Oct. 9, but still logged $386.3 million of cumulative net outflows over the first seven trading sessions of October.
