SaaS trio deliver earnings surprises despite SaaSpocalypse fears

Software-as-a-service companies Atlassian, Twilio and Five9 posted quarterly results that beat market expectations. Deepgram raises $130 million in Series C, expands into drive-thru

Real-time voice AI startup Deepgram raised $130 million in a Series C funding round and will acquire voice AI startup OfOne, SiliconANGLE reported. The round was led by AVP with participation from investors including Alkeon, In-Q-Tel, Madrona, Tiger, Wing and Y Combinator, plus Columbia University, Twilio, SAP and Princeville Capital. The financing valued Deepgram at $1.3 billion. Deepgram said the OfOne deal will help it expand into restaurant and drive-thru markets.
