Delaware and New Jersey have each moved bills to ban cryptocurrency ATMs to the floor of their legislatures. Delaware’s bill would require existing machines to be removed within 90 days if enacted and includes fines and refund requirements. Supporters cite FBI data showing complaints and losses rising in 2025.
