SKT revamps T Factory Seongsu, to showcase data centre exhibition
SK Telecom said on Thursday it has revamped its T Factory Seongsu brand experience space and will introduce a new exhibition, the \"Data Center Series\". The renovated venue includes a new cafe-style \"T Factory Lounge\" offering one free drink to SKT customers and one companion. The space will also provide free baggage storage and hands-on content such as photo booths, phone strap making and charging services.

SKT launches customer advisory group to reflect customer voices in products and services
SK Telecom said on March 17 it held a launch ceremony on March 16 for a customer advisory group at T Factory Seongsu and began customer value innovation activities. The company expanded the group into a customer communication platform and strengthened its authority to better identify customer inconveniences. Members will join employees from planning stages of products, services and marketing, provide feedback, and propose improvements and ideas in monthly meetings and focus group interviews.

SKT opens \'S26 Market\' pop-up for Galaxy S26 pre-order experience
SK Telecom has opened a market-themed pop-up store at T Factory Seongsu during the Galaxy S26 pre-order period. Visitors can try the newly unveiled Galaxy S26 series and join events. The pop-up features zones, a crossword puzzle for souvenirs and a photo spot. It also showcases an Ultra model privacy display and offers T Universe Pass trials on the second floor. On-site visitors can receive coupons and gifts.
