SKT launches customer advisory group to reflect customer voices in products and services
SK Telecom said on March 17 it held a launch ceremony on March 16 for a customer advisory group at T Factory Seongsu and began customer value innovation activities. The company expanded the group into a customer communication platform and strengthened its authority to better identify customer inconveniences. Members will join employees from planning stages of products, services and marketing, provide feedback, and propose improvements and ideas in monthly meetings and focus group interviews.
