Shinhan Bank surrogate will trust balance tops 1.5 trillion won; customer event launched
Shinhan Bank’s cumulative balance of surrogate will trusts has exceeded 1.5 trillion won. Cumulative sales this year also topped 1 trillion won, rising more than threefold from a year earlier. The bank said it will hold a customer event with digital storytelling service company Swen from Sept. 28 to Nov. 30, offering Alive story-recording passes to 600 new customers and all existing general contract customers.

Shinhan Bank has revamped its TV-based financial information channel, Shinhan Home Bank, into a finance and lifestyle content channel aimed at senior customers. The bank expanded content on financial fraud prevention, leisure activities and senior-focused financial products, and strengthened mobile video consultation features. Operated on KT IPTV channel 777, the service was redesigned around the interests and financial needs of customers aged 50 and over and will also serve as a key channel for the bank’s senior brand, Solmate.

Shinhan Bank launches \'SOLmate Trust\' campaign with management participation
Shinhan Bank said on Monday it launched a campaign titled \"A healthy today, asset management for tomorrow\" and held a pledge ceremony to join its Shinhan SOLmate will substitute trust and dementia relief trust. The bank said the campaign reflects the idea that finance should protect customers\' lives beyond simple asset management, with executives first reviewing the need for the products from a customer perspective and taking part themselves.
