Shinhan Bank’s cumulative balance of surrogate will trusts has exceeded 1.5 trillion won. Cumulative sales this year also topped 1 trillion won, rising more than threefold from a year earlier.
Shinhan Bank said on Sept. 28 it will hold a customer event with Swen, a digital storytelling service company, to mark the cumulative balance surpassing 1.5 trillion won.
The event will run from Sept. 28 to Nov. 30. The bank will provide Swen’s Alive story-recording passes to the first 600 new customers of the Shinhan SOLmate Surrogate Will Trust and to all existing general contract customers.
Alive is a service that allows users to record photos, voice letters and videos on individual story pages. Shinhan Bank plans, through this collaboration, to support customers in delivering records and messages to their families as well as in asset inheritance and succession.
The cumulative balance of surrogate will trusts currently stands at 1.5 trillion won, and cumulative sales this year have exceeded 1 trillion won, increasing more than threefold from a year earlier.
A Shinhan Bank official said, "We will continue to expand trust solutions tailored to customers’ life cycles and diverse wealth management needs to strengthen competitiveness as a wealth management specialist bank."
