Namutech appoints Kim Hwa-joong as president, shifts to co-CEO structure
Virtualisation and cloud company Namutech said on Wednesday it appointed Kim Hwa-joong as its new president. It plans to shift to a co-CEO structure after completing procedures through a shareholders meeting and the board of directors. Kim is an IT professional with about 25 years of experience at global consulting firms and major domestic systems integration companies. He has overseen companywide strategy and operations since April 1.
