Ethics debate over undisclosed AI-written text depends on context
A concern has been raised that presenting text written with generative AI as if it were written personally can mislead others. Philosophers at Australia\'s Macquarie University reviewed ethical issues created by communication that does not disclose AI use. Comparing cases such as AI-summarised meeting notes and an AI-written eulogy, they said the ethical weight changes with context. The key is whether hiding AI use significantly affects the other person\'s judgement.

KOSPI reclaims 8,100 as foreigners turn net buyers for first time in 24 sessions
South Korea\'s KOSPI rose more than 4 percent on June 12 to reclaim the 8,100 level, supported by gains in U.S. stocks and strength in semiconductor shares. Foreign investors turned net buyers for the first time in 24 sessions since May 7, while institutions also bought. The Kosdaq climbed more than 3 percent to finish above 1,000. The won weakened slightly against the dollar.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup could generate about $3 billion in additional trading volume in prediction markets, according to an outlook cited by Coinpost. Investment bank Bernstein estimates the expanded tournament could lift total sector betting by up to $10 billion.
