Science ministry and National Police Agency hold AI policing R&D showcase
South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Police Agency held the third Science Policing R&D achievements exhibition on Tuesday at the police headquarters in Seoul. The event featured five themed zones focused on AI, including investigation support, field support, public safety, robotics and mobility. Exhibits included an AI Raman spectrometer to identify narcotics and systems to detect deepfakes and AI-generated news.

Institutional adoption of Ethereum is moving beyond experimentation and into operational use, CoinDesk reported on June 13, citing Etherealize founder Vivek Raman. Raman said large financial institutions are starting to treat public blockchains as real infrastructure, with stablecoins becoming the first institutional use case. He said discussions are expanding to tokenised stocks, bonds, real estate and investment funds, though growing interest has not yet been reflected in Ethereum’s price.

Ethereum long-term outlook still bold even after cut to $250,000
Ethereum think tank Etherealize projected a long-term price target of $250,000 for ether, down from its earlier $740,000 estimate but still implying a sharp rise from around $2,300. It said ether could combine store-of-value characteristics with yield through staking under proof of stake. It argued that if ether gained a monetary premium comparable to gold and bitcoin, the price could exceed $250,000 based on 121 million ETH in circulation.
