Korea Post launches campaign to boost recycling of composite-material products

The Ministry of Science and ICT\'s Postal Service is running a campaign through July to promote resource circulation for composite-material products that are difficult to recycle. In partnership with TerraCycle, it aims to spread a recycling culture and expand post office return logistics and the Itda Banking mobile banking service. Participants can return items such as coffee capsules, cosmetic containers and water filters. The campaign includes online and offline events offering vouchers and coffee coupons.

RedLab Games\' ROM to switch to self-publishing on May 28 after KakaoGames deal ends

RedLab Games said on Wednesday it will switch the MMORPG ROM, currently serviced with KakaoGames, to a self-publishing model on May 28. The service operator will change to RedLab Games after the two companies\' publishing contract expires, with the transfer to be carried out on the same day. Users will be able to keep existing game data. RedLab Games also plans events, marketing and new content updates tied to the transition.

Xbox One security compromised as \'unhackable\' myth collapses

Microsoft\'s Xbox One, long seen as difficult to hack since its 2013 launch, is facing questions about potential security weaknesses after a hardware hacking method using voltage fluctuations was disclosed. Security researcher Markus Doom Gaasedelen revealed a technique dubbed Bliss at the RE//verse 2026 conference. The method targets the boot ROM and is described as unpatchable through software updates. It applies only to early Xbox One models and requires skilled hardware modifications.
