KT to expand everyday AI services via \'Everyone\'s AI\' project
KT aims to expand AI across everyday services such as shopping, education, housing and finance through the government\'s \'Everyone\'s AI\' project. The company said it has formed a consortium with platform and service companies to build \"daily-life AI\" services so users can experience AI within familiar apps. Partners include EBS and MassPresso for learning, Musinsa and ConnectWave for commerce, and Daum, Zigbang, BC Card, Saltlux and DeepSearch for search, housing and finance.

K-AI models expand industrial use in calling, translation and mobility
Korean artificial intelligence models are expanding their footprint across industries, including calling agents, translation services and mobility. The Ministry of Science and ICT said companies and institutions from LG AI Research, SK Telecom and Naver to startups and the Bank of Korea are accelerating AI transformation using domestic models. Examples include LG Uplus’ call agent, SKT’s in-car assistant, Flitto’s translation service and Naver Cloud’s finance platform deployed at the Bank of Korea.

Wiseapp finds teens use learning apps most, people in their 50s favour home shopping
Wiseapp-Retail said on March 31 it analysed the share of users by age group for major mobile apps and found different preferences by age as of February 2026. Users under their teens showed higher use of learning and gaming apps. People in their 20s focused on university, job preparation and content. Those in their 30s used career and self-management apps, while users in their 40s favoured child-related and everyday services. Home shopping apps ranked high among people in their 50s.
