Lattice upgrades Prix integrated contract governance solution
Lattice said on Thursday it is upgrading Prix, an AI-based contract management SaaS, to help overcome the limits of Excel- and drive-centered contract management and to allow legal teams to control and manage companywide contracts. Prix offers contract-specific access rights by department and role, manager history tracking, contract negotiation memos stored with documents, and AI-based extraction of contract fields. Lattice plans to enhance AI functions, including risk analysis and edit suggestions, as an AI agent feature.
