Pinda obtains ISMS certification for information security management system
Pinda said on March 24 it obtained ISMS certification for its information security management system. ISMS is a scheme that assesses whether a company has built and operates an information security management system in line with standards. Pinda said it met 80 criteria, including 16 for establishing and operating management systems and 64 for protection measures, and passed checks such as incident prevention and response and applying encryption.

Pinda launches interest rate cut request agency service
South Korean fintech firm Pinda said on Tuesday it is launching an agency service to help loan customers reduce interest burdens. After a one-time application, the service periodically checks whether a rate cut is available at each financial institution and proceeds with the request when eligibility conditions are met. If a request is rejected, users can easily 확인 and manage the reasons and missing requirements. Users link loan accounts through the Pinda app.

Pinda launches AI residency hiring
Fintech firm Pinda said on Jan. 27 it will recruit for an AI residency student track called AI AGENT to secure practical AI talent. The programme targets undergraduate and master’s students and focuses on automating and redesigning real-world tasks in the finance and fintech domain, rather than research-based training. It runs for four months, comprising a five-week residency and a three-month internship, and includes screening and technical interviews.
