Jiranjigyo Soft merges subsidiary NI to expand AI business
Jiranjigyo Soft said on April 29 it will merge its wholly owned subsidiary Next Intelligence.ai, known as NI, to strengthen its AI business. The company earlier resolved the small-scale merger at a board meeting on April 27. The merger will be conducted without a capital increase and without consideration, and no new shares will be issued. The merger date is May 29.

Jiransoft launches enterprise AI OfficeAgent
Jiransoft said on April 15 it will launch OfficeAgent, an enterprise AI solution that performs tasks using internal company data without security concerns. The company said the product uses role-based access control so only authorised users can access data and follows a principle of excluding user inputs from AI model training. It will detect and automatically mask sensitive information such as resident registration and mobile phone numbers.
