Asset managers roll out digital-asset ETFs overseas. What about South Korea?

Ethereum sets records in Q2 for transactions, throughput, staking and holders

Ethereum posted record highs in the second quarter of 2026 for transaction count, throughput, staking ratio and number of holders, despite weak prices. Transactions rose to 203.9 million and throughput increased to 25.9 per second, while staking climbed to 32 percent and holders reached 312.1 million. Monthly active users fell to 9.2 million. Total value locked and fully diluted market value declined, while fees and token burn increased.

Tokenised real-world assets market tops $38.86 billion, next task is liquidity

The on-chain market for tokenised real-world assets (RWA) has risen above $38.86 billion, but analysts say the next challenge is improving liquidity and practical use rather than simply increasing the number of listed assets. Castle Labs said tokenised assets must be able to move across exchanges, trade with deep liquidity and be used as loan collateral. Data show Ethereum holds the largest share, while regulatory and infrastructure efforts continue amid concerns over fragmentation.
