Naver exports \'1784\' smart building technology to Japan mixed-use building for first time

Team Naver will apply its smart building operating technology from its \'1784\' headquarters to Tokyo Midtown Yaesu in central Tokyo with NTT East and Mitsui Fudosan. It is the first commercial export of the model it built and operated at 1784. The partners will launch a cloud-based autonomous robot delivery service using accumulated robot and spatial data. The project also uses digital twin and multi-robot control technologies.

Optimism steps up Korea push, unveils ties with Dunamu, Toss and DB Financial Investment

Blockchain infrastructure company Optimism said it is stepping up its business in South Korea, disclosing partnerships with Dunamu’s GIWA blockchain, fintech firm Toss and DB Financial Investment. It plans to expand on-chain finance infrastructure for local financial institutions, fintech and digital asset companies through OP Enterprise. The firm said it has signed memorandums of understanding with Dunamu and Toss and will cooperate with DB Financial Investment on STO and RWA projects linked to Jeju.

XRP community on edge after SBI-Solana alliance; crypto lawyer says no bad news for anyone

Japan\'s financial group SBI Holdings has partnered with the Solana Foundation to build an onchain financial market centered in Japan, sparking debate within the XRP community about a possible shift in its relationship with Ripple. The statement did not mention XRP or the XRP Ledger. SBI has been seen as a key Ripple partner. Crypto lawyer Bill Morgan said the news did not need to be overinterpreted and was not negative for anyone.
