KT runs \'Invite Dream\' for long-term customers, offers \'Shin Soldier 4\' premiere invites

KT said on Tuesday it will offer long-term customers benefits including invitations to a premiere screening of ENA drama \'Shin Soldier 4\' and professional baseball viewing. Through its August \'Invite Dream\' program, KT will invite 300 customers to a screening on Aug. 22 at Megabox COEX in Seoul. Eligible customers have used KT mobile, internet and TV services for a combined five years or more.

Korea broadcast regulator sets up task force over JTBC rehabilitation filing

South Korea\'s Broadcast Media Telecommunications Commission has formed a task force to monitor JTBC\'s rehabilitation filing, its chairman said at a full commission meeting. He said the regulator will closely review preparations so there is no disruption amid debate over universal viewing rights for the World Cup host broadcaster. Commissioners called for documents, scenario planning and possibly a CEO hearing. The commission also ordered corrective measures for terrestrial broadcasters and fined PP IHQ 10 million won.

Hyundai Motor unveils IONIQ 3 small electric car, debuts next-generation infotainment

Hyundai Motor unveiled the IONIQ 3 small electric car for the first time in the world at the 2026 Milan Design Week in Italy on April 20 local time. The Europe-only hatchback is the latest model in the IONIQ lineup and features an Aero Hatch design with a 0.263 drag coefficient. Built on the E-GMP platform, it has a 61 kWh battery and is expected to offer up to 496 km of range on the WLTP cycle for the long-range model.
