Mashup Ventures makes seed investment in AI-based e-commerce M&A platform Biztos

Esup Company, developer of the AI-based e-commerce M&A brokerage platform Biztos, said on Monday it raised seed funding from Mashup Ventures and Tale Ventures. Biztos brokers transactions between buyers and sellers through data-driven due diligence and valuation, providing structured acquisition proposals and managing deal processes from price talks to closing. The company was also selected for the TIPS programme and secured up to 500 million won in R&D funding.

Morph Systems raises pre-seed funding to support advanced use after Palantir adoption

Morph Systems, a developer of data integration platforms for the defence industry and U.S. manufacturing, said it raised pre-seed funding from Mashup Ventures and 500 Global. The enterprise AI company targets firms seeking to advance their use after adopting Palantir, building ontology models and designing data flows across ERP, logistics, settlement and operations. It said 40 percent of first-year revenue came from U.S. customers and expects more than 80 percent this year.
